Order Sourcing Timeframe
All orders will be processed within two weeks from the closing date of group deals or upon completion of instant purchases.
Shipping Methods and Costs
Air: $20 CAD per kilogram, with delivery within 10 days after sourcing.
Fast Sea: $10 CAD per kilogram, with delivery within 25 working days after sourcing.
Slow Sea: $7 CAD per kilogram, with delivery within 45 working days after sourcing.
Minimum Order Requirement
The minimum order value for all purchases is $150 CAD.
For sea shipping, the minimum weight requirement is 21 kilograms.
Direct Delivery
Goods will be delivered directly to the customer’s house. Group Orders: Users may collaborate to meet the minimum order requirement for group deals.
Prices Exclude Shipping
Prices displayed on the platform do not include shipping costs.
Agreement to Terms

Payment
Payment for orders must be made in full prior to group buy closing. Payments can be made either through bank or Interac.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Cancellations after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee.
